Rozporządzenie dopuszcza m.in. polowanie indywidualne na zające przy pomocy ptaków łowczych, a także dopuszcza używanie celowników noktowizyjnych oraz termowizyjnych do polowania na lisy, borsuki, kuny domowe, norki amerykańskie oraz ptaki i ssaki należące do Inwazyjnych Gatunków Obcych (IGO) stwarzających zagrożenie dla Unii Europejskiej lub IGO stwarzających zagrożenie dla Polski.
